(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Shortly after Midnight on November 21, 2013, members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of a local business on King’s Highway in Fort Frances.
As a result of an investigation at the scene, Christopher MISSEWACE (20) of Fort Frances has been charged criminally with:
Fail or refuse to provide breath sample.
MISSEWACE will appear in Fort Frances Provincial Court on Wednesday December 4th, 2013 at 9:30 am.
