(ATIKOKAN, ON) – Shortly before 10:00 am on November 26, 2013, members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on Hwy 622 just north of Atikokan
As a result of an investigation stemming from this collision, Taylor STOUT(24) of Thunder Bay has been charged criminally with:
One count of having care and control of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood
Taylor STOUT will appear in Atikokan Provincial Court on Thursday January 23, 2013 at 11:00 am to answer to these charges.
