(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 28, 2014 at approximately 8:17 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers initiated a R.I.D.E. program on Wellington Road 35 and Concession 4, Puslinch Township.
Officers spoke with the male driver of a 2008 Ford pickup and he showed signs that he was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested and transported to a local operations centre for testing.
Caleb PILKINGTON age 35 of Puslinch Township has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 12, 2014 to answer to the charges.
