(Selwyn Township, ON) – On Saturday, December 4, 2014, at approximately 11:05 pm officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist at on Buckhorn Road.
Officers from Peterborough County patrolling Buckhorn Road encountered a motor vehicle on the side of the roadway while still running. Officers conducted and investigation to check on the driver’s wellbeing.
As a result of the investigation 60 year old Brian SARGENT of Selwyn was arrested and charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
SARGENT was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on January 23, 2014.
