(Selwyn Township, ON) – On Saturday, December 4, 2014, at approximately 5:13 pm officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist at on Chemong Road.
As a result of the investigation 48 year old Donald PICKETT of Selwyn was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation and Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
PICKETT was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on February 13, 2014
