Brian Paul BEAUCHAMP – Drunk Driving

(TOWN OF PENETANGUISHENE, ON) – A member of the Southern Georgian Bay detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle on October 21, 2016 at approximately 8:55 p.m. on Main Street in Penetanguishene, ON.

During the vehicle stop the officer determined that the male driver had been consuming alcohol and subsequently conducted a roadside test. As a result of the investigation, the driver, Brian Paul BEAUCHAMP (age 38) of Penetanguishene, ON has been charged with:

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

Driving while ability impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The male driver also received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle has been impounded.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on November 3, 2016 in Midland ON.
