Craig William MCARTHUR – Drunk Driving

(LAMBTON, ON) – On Sunday October 23rd, 2016, members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. program in the area of Oil Springs Line and Marthaville Road, Enniskillen Township.

A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a quantity of suspected marijuana.

As a result of the investigation, both the driver and the passenger were arrested for alcohol and drug related offences. The driver of the motor vehicle was transported to the Lambton OPP Detachment where subsequent breath samples determined that the driver was more than twice the legal limit.
