(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a single vehicle into a ditch on October 19, 2013 at 2:58am on County Road 1, west of Concession Road 3 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.
Police arrived on scene within minutes and located the driver of the vehicle and began an investigation. Nottawasaga OPP arrested a 28 year old Barrie resident for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
Charged is Brandon HARE with Care or Control while Impaired and Care or Control over 80 mg-Criminal Code of Canada. His vehicle was impounded and he will also have a 90 day administrative driver’s licence suspension. He will make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on November 7, 2013.
