On February 16th, 2014 at approximately 1:00am, Peterborough County OPP officers stopped a motor vehicle on Atkinson Road in the City of Peterborough. A subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Brady Roy, 19 years of Keene, Ontario
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code – Over 80mgs.”
Section 44.1(5) Highway Traffic Act – ” Young Driver B.A.C. above 0 “
Mr. Roy is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on March 27th
