On February 16th, 2014 at approximately 12:30am, Peterborough County OPP officers stopped a motor vehicle on Parkhill Road West in the City of Peterborough. A subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Andrew Smith, 25 years of Bowmanville, Ontario
Section 253(1)(a) Criminal Code – Impaired Driving”
Section 254(5) Criminal Code – ” Refuse To Provide Sample.”
Mr. Smith is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on March 27th
