On February 16th, 2014 just after midnight, Peterborough County OPP officers stopped a motor vehicle on County Road 44 in the Township of Havelock Belmont Methuen. A subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Douglas Deboer, 52 years of Ameliasburgh, Ontario
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code – Over 80mgs.”
Mr. Deboer is scheduled to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on March 20th
