(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged an 18 year old male with ATV related offences at a Helena Street, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Wednesday June 24th, 2015 at approximately 1:30 pm Police received a complaint of illegal road use by Off-Road vehicles. As a result of Police patrols in the area of Helena S. an ATV was located which was subsequently stopped.
Charged with Drive Off-Road Vehicle – No Insurance and Fail to Wear Proper Helmet is 18 year old James REYNOLDS of Haldimand County, ON. He has been served with Provincial Offences notices with set fines of $260.00 and $60.00, respectively.
