(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore stopped an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on January 17, 2016 at approximately 3:00 a.m. at the intersection of Essex County Road 22 and Rourke Line in Lakeshore.
Officers spoke to the driver of the ATV who exhibited signs of impairment.
He was arrested at the scene.
Clark BROCKMAN, age 30 of Lakeshore, was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Fail to Provide Breath Sample. He will appear in a Windsor Court on February 9, 2016 to answer to the charges.
