(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore stopped a Dodge Ram on Highway 3 at Ellis Side road on January 16, 2016 at approximately 9:50 p.m.
Officers spoke to the driver who was pulled over for a Highway Traffic Act offence. He exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Kris DECALUWE, age 43 of Kingsville was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor Court on February 2, 2016 to answer to the charges.
