(ENNISKILLEN TWP, ON) – On January 16, 2016 at approximately 9:00 p.m. a member of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol when she was forced to break heavily to avoid a collision with an oncoming vehicle on Oil Springs Line, Enniskillen Township, Ontario.
Subsequent investigation revealed that the male was allegedly operating said motor vehicle while having Over 80 mgs of Alcohol per 100 mls of Blood.
Jayme PARTINGTON, 28 years-of-age of Bayham, Ontario has been charged with allegedly committing the offence of Over 80 mgs of Alcohol per 100 mls of Blood. He is to appear at the Sarnia Court on February 8, 2016 in order to answer to the allegation.
