(MIDDLESEX, ON) – On February 13, 2021 at 11:47 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police observed a suspicious vehicle on Catherine Street, Thames Centre. A traffic stop was initiated.
As a result of the investigation, Shawn JENNINGS, a 35-year-old of London has been charged with:
- Adult Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine, section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
- Drive Vehicle or Boat with Cannabis Readily Available, Section 12(1) of the Cannabis Control Act.
- Driver Fail to Surrender Licence, Section 33(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear April 23, 2021 in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges.
