(Adelaide-Metcalfe Township, ON) On February 7, 2021 at 12:50 a.m. Middlesex OPP observed a motor vehicle in the ditch on Centre Road, just east of Petty Street, Adelaide-Metcalfe Township.
As a result of an investigation, police have charged Robyn TURNER, 21-year-old of Stratford, ON with:
- Operation while impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus) as per section 320.14(1)(b) CC
- Adult Failure to Comply with Undertaking as per section 145(4)(a) CC
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in an Ontario Court of Justice on March 18, 2021 to speak to the charges.
