(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer stopped a gold Toyota Camry in the City of Brantford.
At approximately 9:51 a.m. Wednesday March 5th, 2014, the officer stopped the vehicle and while talking to the driver she could smell the odour of alcohol. The officer gave the male driver the Roadside Screening Test and as a result he was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Zoltan HUSZAR 62 years of age from Waterloo Region County is facing the following Criminal charge
Care and Control Over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on the 4th of April 2014 to answer to the charge.
