(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) Members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to an arson on February 17, 2013 at approximately 10:51 p.m. located at the Dymond Fire Hall.
Upon police arrival at the scene the fire had been extinguished that was located in the Fire Hall entrance.
There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
Further investigation resulted in a 20-year-old male facing several charges.
Zackery PAILLE of Dymond Township is charged with Arson Disregard for Human Life – section 433(a) of the Criminal Code, Arson Damage to Property – section 434 of the Criminal Code and Breach of Probation (4 counts) – section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code.
The accused is held for a Bail Hearing at Haileybury Ontario Court of Justice on August 23, 2013.
