Driver Injured In Two Vehicle Crash

(KINLOSS TWP, ON) On August 19, 2013 at 8:10 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Karishea Avenue and Huron-Kinloss Line in Kinloss Township. Officers arrived to find that a White Chevrolet Silverado pickup towing a horse trailer was north bound on Huron Kinloss line when it pulled out into the path of a Red Dodge Dakota that was westbound on Karishea Avenue. The driver of the Red Dakota was taken to the Kincardine hospital for assessment of non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the White Chevrolet pickup, 23 year old of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Township, was charged with Start from stopped position not in safety.
