(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) -A recent vehicle stop conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) resulted in the driver being charged with an offence under the Highway Traffic Act.
On November 5, 2013 an OPP officer stopped a vehicle travelling at 155 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Highway 115, within the City of Kawartha Lakes. As a result, the driver, Yao Fu YAO, 23 years of age, of Markham, was charged with stunt driving.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on December 10, 2013.
