Wyatt Breen – Drunk Driving

(CITY OF KINGSTON, ON) – On January 8, 2017 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Frontenac Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision.

A maroon Volvo with front end damage was observed in the ditch between Highway 401 and the Highway 15 eastbound off-ramp in the city of Kingston.

The lone occupant received minor injuries and was transported to hospital by ambulance.

As a result of the investigation, the driver of the Volvo 21-year-old male, Wyatt Breen of Kingston Ontario was arrested and charged with:

Driving While Ability Impaired – Motor Vehicle, contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).

Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood, contrary to section 253 (1)(b) of the CC.

His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on February 2nd, 2017.
