(TINY TOWNSHIP) – On Saturday January 16, 2016 at approximately 12:54 p.m. officers from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a motor vehicle in the ditch on County Road 29 in Tiny Township.
Officers attended the scene and spoke to the female occupant and determined that she was under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the investigation, the female driver identified as Nina KLEVTSOVA (age 38) of Vaughan, ON has been charged with:
Refuse to Provide Breath Sample contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
She was also served a 90 day Automatic driver’s Licence Suspension and her vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused is schedule to appear in the Ontario of Justice on January 28, 2016 in Midland ON.
