(KENORA, ON) The Kenora OPP has received several calls in the last week about citizens observing a wolf in the city of Kenora. On August 7 2014, police were advised that a wolf in the Lakeside Area attempted to attack a small dog. The dog owner scared the wolf off and it left the area.
Police remind the public to be cautious around any wild animal and if any animal is acting in an aggressive manner to call the Kenora OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or 911.
