During the early morning hours of August 20th, Wingham Police were alerted to a possible impaired driver. The vehicle was stopped on Josephine Street and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and taken to Hanover where breath samples were obtained resulting in a reading of twice the legal limit. Jason Brewer, Age 38, of Morris Turnberry was charged with Impaired Driving and Drive with Over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of his blood.
