(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – On May 30, 2016, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a mischief.
Between approximately 5:00 p.m. on May 27, 2016, and 9:00 a.m. on May 30, 2016, culprit(s) attended a commercial business on McKellar Street. Once on the property, they trespassed, and accessed the interior of a gated compound.
The culprit(s) proceeded to cause damage to an extensive number of motor vehicles parked on the property, by breaking vehicle windows with a baseball bat.
This incident is still in its early stages. The Middlesex County OPP Crime Unit is assisting with the investigation, and police are interested in speaking with any person(s) who may have seen activity in the area prior to, during, or immediately following the incident.
