(ESPANOLA, ON)- On May 28, 2016, at approximately 11:07 a.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17, in the township of Baldwin, east of Espanola.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was under suspension.
Teresa NADON, 44 years of age, from Sables-Spanish Rivers Township, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on June 30, 2016.
