(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON)On Sunday August 4th 2013, at approximetly 5:00pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received traffic complaints about the driving behaviour of a motorist driving a 1984 Chevrolet Camaro. Officers were called to a motor vehicle collision involving the Camaro and another motor vehicle at the intersection of Metcalfe Street and Geddes Street in Elora. The investigation revealed that the driver of the Camaro had consumed alcohol.
William NEFF aged 44 of Brampton is charged with Impaired Driving, Over 80, and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on 20th of September 2013 to answer to the charge.
