(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 71 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a West Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, July 24, 2015, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of West Street and Queen Street North when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 71-year-old William Alan HORNE of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
