(LAKESHORE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore was called to attend Essex County Road 42 at Highway 401 for a fully loaded tractor trailer that flipped into a ditch.
The crash occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. at the Essex County Road 42 eastbound onramp to Highway 401 in Lakeshore.
The tractor trailer was hauling watermelons. No one was injured in the crash.
The onramp is expected to be closed for the next several hours while cleanup is conducted.
Charges are pending.
