(Madoc, ON) – On November 20, 2014 at 4:00 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P received a complaint about passenger on a bus travelling through Madoc on route to Toronto. The intoxicated male passenger was being disruptive and bothering other travellers on the bus.
As a result 27 year old Vladimir VOEVODSKIY of North York, ON was arrested and charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place under the Liquor Licence Act. He was held in custody until sober.
