(TECUMSEH, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh conducted a routine vehicle stop on May 7, 2015 at approximately 1:00 a.m. on Ballard Street in Tecumseh.
Officers stopped the Pontiac with two male occupants inside the vehicle. A strong smell of burnt marihuana filled the vehicle when officers approached the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle yielded approximately 27 grams of hashish oil, approximately 18 grams of psilocybin (magic mushrooms) and approximately 200 grams of marihuana.
Adam MOROZ, age 20 of Lakeshore and Tyler FERGUSON, age 19 of Windsor were charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Schedule II Substance, and Possession of a Schedule III Substance. Both males will appear in a Windsor court on May 27, 2015 to answer to the charges.
