(SAULT STE. MARIE, ON) – On October 10, 2014 at approximately1:55 pm a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety Division observed a silver SUV travelling at a high rate of speed westbound on Trunk Road.
The vehicle was stopped. As a result of further police investigation 23 year old Samantha TULLOCH of Goulais River, Ontario was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, schedule 3, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and one count of Drive Motor Vehicle perform a stunt by speeding 50 km or more under the Highway Traffic Act on Ontario.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario on November 24, 2014.
