(LAMBTON, ON) Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is reporting two drivers charged over the long weekend with alcohol related offences.
Lambton OPP officers were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) check-point on Courtright Line near Brigden Road, St. Clair Township October 10, 2014. A GMC vehicle arrived just after 11:00 p.m. and it was determined that the female driver had been consuming alcohol. As a result of the subsequent investigation, Keeley HART, 26 years of age from St. Clair Township, ON was charged with Driving over the Legal Limit. The female driver has a Sarnia court date of November 3, 2014 to answer to the charge.
Lambton OPP arrested and charged a male in the 9500 block of Lakeshore Road in Lambton Shores on October 13, 2014 around 12:30 a.m. OPP officers responded to a complaint about the driver of Honda vehicle and as a result of the subsequent investigation, Mark SMALL, 22 years of age from Mississauga, ON was arrested and charged with Driving over the Legal Limit. The male driver has a Sarnia court date of November 17, 2014 to answer to the charge.
