(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Wednesday May 20, 2015 at around 6:30pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Muskoka EMS were advised that a car had driven into the Rental City Building on Cann St. in the town of Huntsville.
Two people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Both were checked by EMS and cleared for any injuries.
Investigation found that the driver Michael CHAMBERS (43yrs) of Huntsville was driving while he was driving while he was disqualified under the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused had also been drinking and was issued another 3 day warn licence suspension along with having their vehicle seized for 45 days.
The accused has been charged with Driving While under Suspension and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on June 17, 2015 to answer to his charges.
