(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 28 year old man with a Drinking and Driving offence as a result of a motor vehicle collision at a Pine St., Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday October 17th, 2014 at approximately 11:05 pm Police were called to the Pine St location after a white Chev car collided with two parked cars. No injuries were reported but all 3 cars sustained damage from the collision.
While Police were investigating the collision they spoke with the driver of the Chev car and detected signs of alcohol consumption which resulted in his arrested.
Charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol is 28 year old Joshua VANHELDEN of Niagara Region, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
