(Elliot Lake, ON) East Algoma OPP has concluded their investigation into the barricaded person from October 16 in Elliot Lake. As a result 25 year old Michael John RELLINGER of Elliot Lake has been charged with the following criminal offences:
1) Uttering threat against person
2) Uttering threats to destroy property
3) Possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace
4) Fail to comply with a probation order
RELLINGER remains is custody pending a bail hearing on October 22, 2013.
