(Quinte West) – On November 19, 2013 Charles DOPKING, 47 of Murray Ward, Quinte West OPP was reported missing by a family member.
On Sunday, April 27, 2014, at approximately 4:10pm, his body was located ‎along the shoreline of the Bay Quinte.
A post mortem has been scheduled for today at the Kingston General Hospital. ‎The cause of death is to be determined.
The Quinte West detachment Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), under the direction of Detective Inspector Paul McCrickard, is continuing the investigation.
