(Embrun, ON) The Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was investigating after an officer stopped a vehicle on Ste. Marie Road in Embrun, when the male passenger fled the scene on foot towards a nearby bush area. The police are investigating the possibility of a stolen vehicle.
The investigation was concluded and a male was apprehended last night. The OPP would like to thank the public for their assistance during this investigation.
