(South Huron, ON) Both males involved in the Monday night escape from custody remain in custody.
The first 17 year old male from Bluewater, who turned himself into police shortly after the escape, has been charged with one count of Escape Lawful Custody and one count of Fail to Comply with Sentence. His next court appearance date is scheduled for November 12, 2010.
The second 17 year old male, also of Bluewater, who led police on nearly an 11 hour hunt, has been charged with one count of Escape Lawful Custody, one count of being Unlawfully at Large and one count of Mischief Under $5,000. His next court date is scheduled for November 12, 2010.
