(RENFREW, ON) – On July 24, 2013 at approximately 9:10am, officers of the Renfrew detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fatal collision on Highway 17, east of Renfrew.
Preliminary investigation has determined that an east bound passenger vehicle and a west bound tractor trailer unit collided, causing a fire. The driver of the passenger vehicle, Amy Kellar age 26 of Renfrew, Ontario, died at the scene.
With the assistance of OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators the investigation has deteremined that there will be no charges laid as a result fo the collision.
