(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – The two lanes on Highway 401 westbound in the Wesleyville – Newtonville Road areas in the Municipality of Port Hope are now open. Three people were confirmed taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Highway 401 westbound is still down to one lane three kilometres west of County Road 30 in the Municipality of Brighton with the passing lane being closed until further notice for removal of transport trucks. Motorists are asked to exercise caution in this area for police and tow crews.
