(DRYDEN, ON) On August 13, 2013 the Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a break and enter to a residence in Vermilion Bay where a large sum of money was taken. Officers entered into an investigation and as a result Tyson CAUL (25years old) of Vermilion Bay has been charged with possession of property over 5000.00 contrary to section 354(1)(b) of the Criminal Code and Break and Enter contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. CAUL has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on September 23, 2013 in Dryden to answer to the charges.
