(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 22 year old male after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Leslie Avenue, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 30, 2015 at approximately 12:06 a.m., police were called to investigate a motor vehicle collision involving 3 vehicles at a Leslie Avenue address.
Through investigation it was determined that a motor vehicle struck two (2) parked vehicles and left the scene. Investigating officers located the vehicle and subsequently spoke to the driver.
As a result of investigation, police charged 22 year old Tyler Brandon BROSSEAU of Norfolk County, Ontario with fail to remain at a scene of an accident and careless driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
