(POWASSAN, ON) – On December 11, 2014, Powassan Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of two horses stolen overnight. The horses were taken from a barn on Rye Road, Nipissing Township sometime between 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The horses are described as a 20 year old female Palomino Quarter horse (tan and white in colour), and a 10 year old Paint horse (black and white in colour).
Horses may have been taken to the Barrie area.
