Excavator Damaged

(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigators are seeking assistance from members of the public to assist with a serious incident that resulted in damage to an excavator.

On December 28, 2014, around 12:26 p.m. Lambton OPP responded to Arkona Road between Confederation Line and Churchill Line in reference to an excavator that had been parked off to the side of Arkona Road.

The Caterpillar brand construction machinery suffered thousands of dollars in damage during the event that is believed to have taken place between December 24, 2014 and December 28, 2014.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information related to this incident is asked to please contact the Lambton County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
