(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On June 28, 2014 Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was made aware of a break in to a cabin on Tom Parris Rd in the township of Algonquin Highlands. Sometime between June 24, 2014 and June 28 2014 unknown culprits entered the secluded cabin and removed all of the items that had been left including, 2 kayaks, paddles, camping equipment, alcohol, tools and other personal items.
Sometime between the long weekend in May and June 30, 2014 unknown person(s) broke into a cottage on Hidden Valley Rd in the town of Huntsville going through the kitchen window. Once inside the cottage was ransacked, including the fridge and freezer left open. On the initial investigation only property that was taken was a canoe.
