(ROCKLAND, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Russell County Detachment has laid charges against an adult male and female in relation to a Break and Enter investigation.
On October 24th, 2016 at approximately 22:58 p.m., OPP received a call reporting a break and enter in progress in Cheney, (Clarence-Rockland) ON .
As a result of the investigation OPP arrested and charged:
Roxanne Girouard (39) of Ottawa with;
Possession Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
Break and Enter dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence
Obstruct Peace Officer
2x counts – Possession of Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
2x counts – Fail to comply with Recognizance
Daniel Sabourin (40) of Ottawa with;
Possession Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
Break and Enter dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence
2x counts – Possession of Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
Possession of Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
Both accused were held in custody pending an appearance (video) on 27 October, 2016 at the Ontario Court of Justice in l’Orignal, ON
