(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 19-year-old male and 23-year-old male after police investigated a motor vehicle at an Old Main Street North, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, May 15, 2016, at approximately 8:00 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Old Main Street North, when a parked vehicle with two (2) occupants attracted the officer’s attention. The officer stopped and investigated the vehicle and two (2) males.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 19-year-old Joshua Christopher PUSEY of Brantford, Ontario with the following offences.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession of Marihuana
Fail to comply with Probation Order X2
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Charged with the following offences is 23-year-old Zachery James ALONZO of Brantford, Ontario.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession of Marihuana
Fail to comply with Probation OrderX2
Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
