(ESSEX, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a report of a two vehicle crash on County Road 34 between Marsh Sideroad and Cameron Sideroad in Kingsville on July 16, 2016 at approximately 1:14 p.m.
A black Chevrolet Avalanche was travelling westbound on County Road 34 when it crossed the centerline striking an eastbound Chevrolet Uplander in the eastbound lanes.
The driver and sole occupant of the Chevrolet Avalanche exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Aaron BERG, age 36 of Essex was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on July 26, 2016 to answer to the charges.
